What is this tool?
Okay, let’s have some fun for once!
I found this tool recently. It belonged to my dad and has been around the family garage forever. However, I do not know exactly what this tool was made to do. If anyone out there has an idea, or wants to guess, please do so in the comment area below.
In the picture I have this pliers-like thing propped up on a cell phone for comparison. These photos may be too grainy, if so, let me know and I will try to improve them.
